香港文匯報訊（記者 梁悅琴）第一集團日前向金朝陽（0878）以5.301億元購入荃灣柴灣角街71至75號地盤。第一集團董事魏深儀昨日表示，地盤計劃興建甲級寫字樓，預算補地價每平方呎約2,500元，總投資約12億元，預計2022年落成。以項目可重建樓面11.4萬方呎計，每方呎樓面地價4,650元。
魏續指，集團年初以6億元購入鄰近的大涌道18號地盤，可建樓面面積約17.27萬呎。連同上述柴灣角街地盤，兩個項目合共提供28.67萬呎商業樓面，總投資30億元。
