投資時,最好同時留意管理公司的質素,因其與工廈的老化速度有間接關係。工廈老化速度快,做需經常維修,開支會比較大。較差的管理公司,更會任由用戶將雜物積存在後樓梯,當火警發生時,有機會蒙受較大損失。
