政府早前宣佈非住宅物業撤回雙倍印花稅,帶旺工商舖交投,新世界(017)趁機推售長沙灣全新商廈,標榜由發展商租回單位,買家享3厘回報。

新世界旗下長沙灣荔枝角道888號早前公開官網並上載樓書,樓高31層,地下為商舖,實用面積410方呎。5至15樓每層劏開19個單位,實用面積介乎326方呎至1,693方呎。16至31樓則須全層購入,實用面積1.58萬至1.86萬方呎,預計在2022年4月落成。

自《施政報告》公布撤銷非住宅物業的雙倍從價印花稅後,首個推售的全新商廈項目。據樓書資料,項目樓高28層,其中5樓至15樓,建築面積介乎502至2,613平方呎,至於16樓至29樓為標準全層戶,面積約23,856至24,626平方呎。而30樓及31樓則為連平台特色戶。項目預計落成日期為2022年4月。
