簽訂臨時買賣合約後,才打算在正式買賣合約中加入配偶或父母的姓名。我可否這樣做?

是可以的。在簽訂正式買賣合約前,律師會要求閣下的配偶或父母簽署一份文件,用以確認閣下是被提名代表新的買方簽署早前的臨時買賣合約,而「新的買方」包括閣下和配偶(或父母)。這份文件必須交給賣方律師,讓他們在草擬正式買賣合約時把有關姓名加入其中。

如在正式買賣合約內後補的買方不屬閣下的配偶、父母或子女,便須繳付額外的印花稅(《印花稅條例第29(D)條(6)(c)節)。閣下應就此事項向律師查詢。
