新地(016)副董事總經理雷霆接受本報查詢回應，集團持有荃灣德士古道工廈W212計劃農曆新年前發售，會考慮提供一及二按等付款辦法。對於市場傳聞意向呎價由7000元至8000元，他回應，項目尚未開價。
市場消息，新地(016)荃灣德士古道212號工廈名為「W212」，項目全幢23層，地廠2個，每個建築面積約1,600方呎。1樓及頂樓為特色戶，2至25樓分層單位，一梯12伙，單位面積約548至925方呎，全層約7,800方呎。早前有傳發展商有意提供一按及二按，最高按揭成數8成，意向呎價由7,000元至8,000元。項目預計2020年年底入伙。
