如果我想將自己的單位出售或轉讓給一名家庭成員或親戚,我應該留意甚麼?

  1. 閣下毋須委託地產代理;
  2. 閣下毋須簽訂任何臨時買賣合約;
  3. 閣下仍須委託律師處理買賣或轉讓手續;
  4. 如買方與閣下有血緣、婚姻或領養關係,雙方均可由同一位律師代表,否則便須由另一位律師代表買方;
  5. 如果樓價低於市價或該物業以餽贈形式轉讓(涉及錢銀交易)印花稅仍會以該物業的市價計算徵收。請向代表律師或印花稅署查詢計算的詳情。
