新地(016)副董事總經理雷霆接受本報查詢回應,集團持有荃灣德士古道工廈W212計劃農曆新年前發售,會考慮提供一及二按等付款辦法。對於市場傳聞意向呎價由7000元至8000元,他回應,項目尚未開價。

市場消息,新地(016)荃灣德士古道212號工廈名為「W212」,項目全幢23層,地廠2個,每個建築面積約1,600方呎。1樓及頂樓為特色戶,2至25樓分層單位,一梯12伙,單位面積約548至925方呎,全層約7,800方呎。早前有傳發展商有意提供一按及二按,最高按揭成數8成,意向呎價由7,000元至8,000元。項目預計2020年年底入伙。
